My name is Marion Lawson, and I am one half of On Point. I run the esthetics portion of our small, women owned business.

 I have been a Licensed Esthetician for 9 years, and have been a Face Reality Certified Acne Specialist for 2 years. I have performed all types of services in my carreer, but acne has always been the deepest passion on mine, and now is what I specialize in!

One of the main reasons I enrolled in Esthetics School at the Aveda Institute of Denver, was because of my own struggle with hormonal acne. Instead of covering my skin up with makeup, I wanted to find the “why” behind skin and acne.

After graduating esthetics school, I attended a Laser Institute and snagged up some more education and certifications, before taking a job with an Aveda Salon and Spa. I stayed with a lifestyle Aveda Salon & Spa for over 5 years, and then ended up falling into an unbelievable opportunity to partner with Hillary here at On Point, taking over the esthetics portion of the business while she solely focused on her Permanent Makeup Career. After being here for going on 4 YEARS, I can truthfully say this is where I was destined to end up. I get to wake up every single day and help others achieve their skincare goals, while make them feel confident in their naked skin again. I am quite LITERALLY following my dreams!

A little bit of what to expect when you’re in my treatment room. First and foremost always expect to be educated on all aspects of skin health. I have never and will never be the type of esthetician that will blindly recommend treatments, or products to you. I will continually lead to you understand the “why” behind all of my decisions and the science that backs them. In all of my consults we will spend a considerable amount of time going over all aspects of skin health, and a significant amount of information surrounding that. We will cover topics such as; what your skincare goals are, what you are currently following at home, to lifestyle and food choices, and what could truly be disrupting your progress. Then together, we create a game plan to ultimately get you to where you want to be with your skin. Each of my treatment plans are customized to you and your skin, based on our consult. There is no one size fits all when it comes to skincare!

When I am not in the treatment room you will find me spending time with, my husband, family, and my 3 fur babies. Growing up in Colorado since I was about 3, (I’m a self-proclaimed Colorado Native) outdoors is something you will absolutely find me enjoying. You can find me on a boat (of course, wearing at least SPF 30), hiking, camping, reading, paddle boarding, walking my pups, doing anything in the mountains, road tripping, and being at home with my family. As long as I am surrounded by the people I love, I am living my best life.
