Currently there are two primary options out there; work for yourself (booth renting) or work for someone else(commission). When considering to forge your own path and work for yourself, not only is it a massive responsibility with thousands of moving pieces, but it can be very isolating. Without those industry connections, and a community to collaborate and innovate with, it can leave an already exhausted business owner feeling uninspired and burnt out. Not to mention the time, effort and mula it takes to run the administrative side of a business. 

On | Point Collective is a hybrid situation where you have the freedom to run your own business & bookings and relish in the flexibility that can bring, but enjoy working in a modern luxury space which is already outfitted with the primary necessities one needs to operate. The website is established and taken care of and the brand is built with a strong community following, and growing! This hybrid situation takes the financial strain off of you and allows you to pour more of yourself into your business! Inside our walls you’ll find vivacious, intelligent, like-minded individuals whose book of business will only add to your clientele. Cross promotion between all of us babes is at the root of our thriving businesses. 

We believe at the core of providing the highest quality of service is the encouragement of continuing education. This is something that individual business owners tend to put on the back burner when overwhelmed with all the other responsibilities. At On Point Collective we promote this by hosting quarterly in house trainings, focusing on retail & merchandising, finances, & social media promotion, etc. In addition we allot an annual allowance given to each boss babe specifically for an advanced training of their choice. We also allot a bi-annual uniform allowance to keep our brand locked in and professional.
